Vertigo is treated with Cinaron Plus. It is a combination drug that works by reducing tension in the blood vessels' smooth muscles and enhancing blood flow. Additionally, it inhibits a chemical messenger that causes vertigo-related dizziness. To prevent stomach upset, take Cinaron Plus with food. Take this medication as directed by your doctor, ideally at the same time every day.
The two main active ingredients in this product are cinnarizine and dimenhydrinate. The two medications come from different drug classes. Cinnarizine is a member of the calcium antagonist drug subclass. The class of medications known as antihistamines includes dimenhydrinate. Both drugs work by lessening nausea and vertigo (a sensation of spinning or wooziness) symptoms (feeling sick). Chemicals alone are less efficient than the finished product

These medications, as well as Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate, may have sedative effects that are exacerbated by alcohol, CNS depressants, and tricyclic antidepressants. Therefore, it is best to avoid taking these drugs while taking dimenhydrinate and cinnarizine.
The use of Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate should be avoided by patients with severe hepatic impairment. Patients who have a history of active ingredient or excipient hypersensitivity should abstain from taking cinnarizine and dimenhydrinate. Patients who have urethroprostatic diseases, seizures, suspicion of elevated intracranial pressure, angle-closure glaucoma, or seizures should not take dimenhydrinate or cinnarizine.
During pregnancy and nursing, dimenhydrinate and cinnarizine should be avoided.
Although Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate do not dramatically lower blood pressure, they should be taken with caution in hypotensive patients. To avoid stomach discomfort, Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate should be used after meals. When providing Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate to Parkinson's disease patients, caution is advised.
